Decarbonisation & GHG Strategy

·       Robust GHG accounting, baselining, and target setting to establish credible foundations for climate action and align with recognised standards.

·       Development and delivery of net zero strategies, including implementation planning and certification support where required.

·       Supply chain decarbonisation support, including Scope 3 screening, supplier engagement, and practical implementation roadmaps.

·       Design and oversight of carbon insetting initiatives, supported by transparent data, structured governance, and real-time visibility into project progress.

·       Access to high-integrity carbon projects with clear reporting, digitised compliance, and a direct line of sight from capital deployment to credit issuance.

·       Coordinated programme management to ensure delivery partners are aligned, risks are managed, timelines are met, and capital is deployed effectively.

·       Strengthen national and sub-national climate delivery through decarbonisation planning aligned with international frameworks.

·       Operationalise NDCs and Article 6 strategies with clear governance structures, institutional capacity building, and market-ready infrastructure.

·       Develop and deploy methodologies, standards, and digital systems that enable transparent, high-integrity carbon market participation.

·       Establish in-country carbon market infrastructure supported by secure data systems, auditable workflows, and structured reporting.

·       Provide per-project support across the full project cycle, from scoping and feasibility through to certification and issuance.

·       Access independent market insights to inform policy design, pricing strategy, and long-term climate and investment planning.
